There are times where We make Errors on Prices and Products. We Reserve the Right to fix these errors.

Can I Change My Order Online?

How Do I Know My Order Was Received?
After Completion of Your Order Online, We will send You an Order Confirmation to the Email Address You are Registered with.

 

What Are My Shipping Options?
Orders will be shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). When you Checkout, You will have Free Ground Shipping..

 

How Can I Return An Item?
If for any reason You are not satisfied with Your Order after You Receive it, You may Return Merchandise in its Original Unopened Packaging within 14 days. All Orders will be Credited within 7 days of the Original Order. There will be NO Restocking Fee. This includes all Refused or Misdirected Merchandise as well. All returns must be Pre-Approved via Contact with Bingham's Bowling Supply at 1-800-660-7719 or orders@binghamsbowlingsupply.com.

 

What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
Orders Cancelled within 24 hours of the Original Order time will be refunded 100%. Orders cancelled after 24 Hours are NOT Charged any fee.

 

What Is The Shipping Day Policy?
All Orders will be Processed within 48 hours from the Date they are purchased. Please note there are NO Shipments made during Weekends and Special Holidays.

 

Do We Ship International Orders and P.O. Boxes?
We do not accept orders from outside of the USA but Do Ship to P.O. Boxes
